What is the ₹4,999 renewal for?
ByteCraft POS runs as a hosted cloud service, so renewal every six months covers continued hosting, backups, support and product updates for your business.
Can I use only Retail or only Restaurant?
Yes. A business can enable Retail only, Restaurant only, or both — pricing is the same either way.
Is GST configuration included?
Yes. GST billing, category-wise tax defaults and GST reporting are included in every ByteCraft POS setup.
What if my business needs more branches or a custom setup?
Your first branch is included. Each additional branch is a one-time ₹5,000, and the ₹4,999 six-month renewal still covers the whole business. Reach out with your branch count and we will confirm what fits before you commit.
